Key Lime Ice Cream

If you love key lime pie like I do, you’ll enjoy this key lime ice cream.

Key lime ice cream


1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup key lime juice
1½ cup whole milk
½ cup whipping cream


  1. Whisk the ingredients together.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20 – 25 minutes.
  3. Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe container and cover and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.


Add 3/4 of a graham cracker crumb crust to the ice cream 5 minutes prior to the end of the churning time. Garnish with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
